Applicants who has emigrated abroad and acquired foreign nationality must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for 4 years or more(before April 30th, 2022), and have more than 2 years of residence in foreign country for more than 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).
